Meet Lindsay, RN, BSN

Hi, I’m Lindsay. A Registered Nurse, Sleep Consultant, Lactation Counsellor (IBCLC candidate) Certified CPR Instructor, Prenatal and Newborn Educator and mama of 2. Parenting can feel so overwhelming at times. I’ve been there! Family dynamics, lifestyles and expectations are so widely different and unique. The “right” way is the way that works for you. My goal with working together is to find the solution that best fits you and your family. No one size fits all approach!

I have experienced the ups and downs of parenthood first hand. From pregnancy to feeding, sleep and potty training I have felt how tough it can be. I believe in using evidence based, parent present approaches specifically adapted to your family’s needs with zero judgement. Combining passion with my clinical nursing knowledge is how I can best support parents through their journey.

I feel so lucky to help families through their unique parenting journey.

Lindsay helped myself and my husband with sleep training our daughter Lou when she was 7 months old. She was waking every hour to feed from about 3-7months and within one week of Lindsay’s support, we reduced that to once a night and by the 2nd week our daughter was sleeping 12hrs straight each night. We have since checked in with Lindsay recently for a refresher call now that our we are entering the toddler stage.
